Parcels
A smartphone, a console or a laptop leaves on the working day after payment arrives, as an insured parcel with a tracking number. Allow two to four working days within Germany after that, a little more elsewhere in Europe.
Vehicles and two-wheelers
A vehicle is not sent as a parcel. Two routes are open: collection from us by appointment, or delivery by a specialist transport company. Transport is quoted case by case, because it depends on the distance and on the vehicle.
Where we deliver
Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland and Switzerland.
If something arrives damaged
For a vehicle, record the damage on the handover note before you sign, and refuse delivery if it is substantial. For a parcel, photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us within forty-eight hours. In both cases we handle the claim with the carrier.
