Why bank transfer only
We accept neither card payment nor PayPal, and that is a deliberate choice. A vehicle or a high-value device regularly exceeds the card limit, and every payment provider charges a commission that ends up in the price. A bank transfer has no ceiling and no intermediary — the money goes straight from your bank to ours.
How it works
1. You place the order. Sie schließen Ihre Bestellung ab. Unsere Bankverbindung und Ihre Bestellreferenz werden Ihnen sofort angezeigt und bleiben jederzeit in Ihrem Kundenkonto abrufbar.
2. You transfer the amount. From your own bank, quoting the order reference in the payment description. That reference is essential: without it your payment cannot be matched to your order. You then upload the transfer receipt on your order page.
3. We ship. Sobald das Geld eingegangen ist, geht die Bestellung in die Vorbereitung und der Status wird in Ihrem Kundenkonto aktualisiert.
How long it takes
A SEPA transfer within Germany normally arrives the next working day. From elsewhere in Europe it takes one to two working days. An instant transfer arrives within seconds, provided your bank offers one.
Your protection
The goods remain our property until payment is complete. You receive an invoice for every order. For a vehicle, handover is arranged only once the amount has cleared.
