Inspected before sale
Nothing is listed without passing through our hands. For a vehicle that means a 120-point inspection, whose signed report comes with the documents. For a refurbished device it means the battery capacity has been measured and is above 85 % of the original.
For how long
On new goods — consoles, e-scooters, two-wheelers — the manufacturer warranty runs normally in your name, and ours comes on top. On a refurbished device we give twenty-four months. On a used vehicle the warranty is twelve months.
Your statutory rights
Whatever we promise ourselves, your statutory rights in respect of defects remain in full. Our warranty does not replace them — it adds to them.
If something goes wrong
Write to us with your order reference and a description of the problem. We answer within one working day and tell you what happens next before anything is sent anywhere.
